car…

hmmm, where to begin? I know there is need for a lot of explanation… I bought my first car today!  Drum roll please… The Tercel.  I bought a 1986 Toyota Tercel to be exact and it actually came from a church acquaintance.  It all started on my way to church this morning when this beautiful piece of style caught my eye on Skyline Drive.  You wouldn’t believe how smoothly it drives and it even features an interior upgrade from ‘85… watch out for this beast on the road.  I’m accepting nicknames… send me what you think I should call this beauty…

so I picked up Charlie Hall’s new album the other day.  I’ve been a big fan of his for several years.  the album is fantastic; the band is very creative musically while bringing truly genuine lyrics.  the designer of the album cover and disc is a guy by the name of Jesse Owens.  the artwork is amazing; I love the style.  one interesting feature of this particular piece is that the album cover can be changed by the user just by flipping it to the other side… very nice look with a nifty personal option.
